Shipping charges will be computed and shown to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. The relevant delivery expense is determined by the delivery address, along with the category, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered goods, and the delivery options available for the order. If free shipping applies to a product or an entire order, such information will be clearly stated before checkout. All extra charges, such as fees for special delivery services or shipments to remote locations, shall be presented to the Buyer before the order is finally confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is verified and the order is accepted. Goods will be delivered to the address submitted by the Buyer when placing the order. It is the Buyer’s obligation to guarantee all delivery details are full and correct. Products will be delivered either by the Seller or third-party logistics providers chosen by the Seller. Estimated delivery timelines are shown prior to order confirmation. These timelines may fluctuate according to destination location, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party appointed by the Buyer (excluding the carrier), takes physical possession of the Products. If the package shows obvious damage upon receipt, the Buyer shall reject the shipment if feasible, or notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage promptly, accompanied by photos and relevant delivery paperwork. Should delivery fail to be completed as a result of inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence at delivery, unjustified refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect the package within the carrier’s holding period, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for extra delivery, warehousing or return fees, subject to applicable local legislation.

All prices shown on the Platform at the moment of purchase may either include or exclude applicable taxes, as clearly indicated. Where necessary, VAT, sales taxes, import tariffs, customs levies and any other taxes applicable to the Order will be computed and presented to the Buyer before order confirmation. For shipments delivered within the European Union, VAT shall be levied in compliance with EU directives and relevant national tax regulations. For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer shall bear customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and any other fees imposed by the receiving country, unless the Platform specifies otherwise. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or extra expenses arising from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller agrees to process the Buyer’s information solely to fulfil purposes required for order administration, delivery arrangement, customer support, return handling, refund processing, statutory duties and the execution of the sales agreement. Personal information can only be disclosed to service partners participating in order fulfilment, including payment service suppliers, logistics carriers, customer service agents and marketplace operators. Such sharing shall take place only when necessary and in compliance with prevailing data protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to secure the Buyer’s data from unauthorised access, loss, improper use, modification or leakage. The Buyer’s personal information will remain confidential and will never be sold to external third parties. Subject to applicable data protection regulations, Buyers are entitled to exercise their personal data rights, such as access, correction, erasure, limitation of processing and right to object, where these rights apply.
