Shipping charges are determined based on the delivery address, the category, dimensions, weight and quantity of the Products purchased, and the shipping options available for the Order. All applicable delivery fees will be presented to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. If free shipping applies to a particular Product or Order, this will be clearly communicated to the Buyer before checkout. Any supplementary charges, including fees for special delivery arrangements or shipments to remote locations, will be disclosed before the Buyer completes the Order.

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Products are delivered to the address supplied by the Buyer when the Order is placed. The Buyer must ensure that all delivery details are complete, correct and up to date. Delivery is arranged either by the Seller or by third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are provided before the Order is confirmed. These estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, applicable customs formalities and other factors beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Responsibility for loss of or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products. If a parcel arrives with visible damage, the Buyer should, where possible, decline delivery or notify both the carrier and the Seller promptly, providing photographs and any relevant delivery records. If delivery fails because the Buyer provides inaccurate delivery details, is unavailable to receive the parcel, refuses delivery without a valid reason, or does not collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified collection period, the Seller may seek reimbursement for additional delivery, storage or return costs, insofar as such charges are permitted by applicable law.

Product prices are shown on the Platform inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges or other taxes applicable to an Order will be calculated and presented to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed, where required by law. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is charged in accordance with applicable EU legislation and the relevant national tax regulations. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless the Platform indicates otherwise. The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays or additional costs resulting from customs inspections, tax verification procedures, import clearance requirements or restrictions imposed by the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer information exclusively for purposes related to Order management, delivery arrangements, customer support, returns, refunds, compliance with legal obligations, and the fulfilment of the sales contract. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers involved in the fulfilment of Orders, including payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer support providers, and marketplace operators, where necessary for these purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights in relation to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include the right to access, rectify or erase personal data, restrict its processing, and object to certain processing activities.
