Shipment fees will be calculated and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. The applicable delivery charge is determined by the delivery address, as well as the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered Products and the shipping method available for the Order. Where free delivery applies to a Product or an Order, this benefit will be clearly stated before checkout. Any supplementary charges, including fees for special delivery services or shipments to remote locations, will be disclosed to the Buyer before final order confirmation.

Orders will be processed for preparation and shipment once payment is verified and the Order is accepted. Goods will be delivered to the address submitted by the Buyer at the time of order placement. The Buyer shall ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate. Products will be delivered either by the Seller or third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown before order confirmation and are subject to variation based on destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or any third party nominated by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). If the parcel shows obvious damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall reject acceptance where feasible, or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed as a result of inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified timeframe, the Seller may levy charges on the Buyer for extra delivery, warehousing or return costs, subject to applicable laws.

All listed prices include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs levies or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed as required before the Buyer confirms the Order. For shipments within the European Union, VAT shall be charged in compliance with relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For shipments outside the European Union, the Buyer may be liable for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or extra expenses arising from customs procedures, tax inspections or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller agrees to process the Buyer’s information solely for purposes necessary to administer orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, satisfy legal obligations and perform the sales contract. Personal data may only be shared with service providers participating in order fulfilment, such as payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer service contractors and marketplace operators, where necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. The Seller implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the Buyer’s information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification or disclosure. The Buyer’s information will be kept confidential and will not be sold to any third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights in respect of their personal data under applicable data protection laws, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, where such rights apply.
