All applicable shipping fees will be calculated and clearly shown to the Buyer prior to Order confirmation. The final delivery cost is determined by several factors, including the shipping destination, selected delivery method, and the characteristics of the ordered Products (such as type, dimensions, weight, and quantity). If a Product or Order qualifies for free shipping, this will be prominently displayed before checkout. Any extra fees—such as those for premium delivery services or shipments to remote locations—will be disclosed to the Buyer before the Order is finalized.

Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been verified and the Order has been accepted. Shipments are sent to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete. Products are shipped either by the Seller directly or through third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery windows are shown before Order confirmation, though actual delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs clearance (where applicable), or other factors beyond the Seller's control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt by the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier). If a package shows visible damage upon arrival, the Buyer should refuse delivery where possible, or promptly report the damage to both the carrier and the Seller, providing photos and any relevant delivery documentation. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer's absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's timeframe, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage, or return costs, as permitted by applicable law.

All displayed prices will either include or exclude applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and shown where required before the Buyer confirms the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with relevant EU and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the EU, the Buyer may be liable for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the Platform. The Seller is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, or import restrictions in the Buyer's country.

The Seller processes Buyer information solely for purposes necessary to fulfill the sales contract, including Order management, delivery, customer support, returns, refunds, and compliance with legal obligations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Buyer information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. All Buyer data is kept strictly confidential and is never sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of, and object to the processing of their personal data where applicable.
