Shipping costs will be calculated and presented to purchasers prior to order confirmation. Final delivery charges are determined by multiple factors: the shipping address, together with the category, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered goods, plus all available shipping options for the relevant order. If complimentary shipping applies to individual items or the entire order, this discount shall be clearly marked at the pre-checkout stage. All supplementary surcharges, such as fees for premium delivery services or shipments to remote regions, will be disclosed to buyers before they complete and validate their orders.

We shall pack and dispatch all orders only after payment verification and order approval are finalized. Goods will be dispatched to the shipping address submitted by buyers when placing an order, and buyers shall guarantee all shipping details they provide are full and error-free. Goods will be delivered either by us or independent logistics partners we cooperate with. Estimated delivery timelines are visible before order submission; actual transit periods may fluctuate due to destination location, courier capacity, official public holidays, customs clearance formalities (if applicable), and unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. All risks of goods loss or breakage transfer to the buyer once the buyer or their authorized representative (excluding the delivery courier) takes physical possession of the parcel. If obvious damage is found on the package upon receipt, buyers are recommended to reject the parcel if feasible. If not, buyers must immediately notify both the courier and us, and provide photos plus relevant delivery papers as supporting evidence. If delivery fails on account of inaccurate shipping information, recipient absence, unreasonable rejection of parcels, or overdue parcel pickup beyond the courier’s storage deadline, we reserve the right to charge buyers for extra redelivery, warehousing and return freight costs, subject to the restrictions of relevant local laws.

Whether product prices include relevant taxes shall follow the markings presented on the Platform at the time of ordering. All levies applicable to your order, such as VAT, sales taxes, import tariffs and customs administrative charges, will be computed and shown to buyers prior to order confirmation where necessary. Shipments sent to destinations within the EU will be subject to VAT levied in compliance with prevailing EU directives and domestic national tax regulations. For consignments shipped to territories outside the European Union, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance expenses and other local mandatory charges shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the Platform clearly specifies alternative arrangements. The Seller shall not incur liability for delivery hold-ups or extra expenses arising from customs clearance formalities, tax inspections and import control restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s receiving jurisdiction.

The Seller warrants that any Buyer personal data it handles shall solely serve legitimate needs linked to order administration, shipment fulfillment, after-sales support, return and refund procedures, statutory compliance duties, as well as the execution of the sales agreement. Disclosure of personal information shall be limited to third-party service partners participating in order fulfilment — including payment processors, logistics couriers, customer support agencies and platform administrators — and such sharing shall only occur when required and fully compliant with prevailing data protection regulations. The Seller shall implement appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to shield the Buyer’s personal information from unauthorised entry, accidental loss, improper exploitation, modification or unapproved disclosure. All Buyer data shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall never be resold to any external third parties. Subject to relevant data protection legislation, Buyers are entitled to exercise all statutory rights over their personal data, which cover data access, correction, erasure, limitation of data processing and the right to object to processing activities where relevant provisions apply.
