Prior to the final confirmation of an Order, all applicable shipping charges will be computed and clearly presented to the Buyer. The ultimate delivery fee is determined by a variety of factors, including the destination address, the chosen shipping option, and the specific physical attributes of the Products ordered (such as type, dimensions, weight, and quantity). Should a Product or an entire Order qualify for complimentary shipping, this benefit will be explicitly highlighted before the checkout process begins. Furthermore, any supplementary charges—such as those for expedited services or deliveries to remote areas—will be transparently disclosed to the Buyer before the Order is ultimately confirmed.

The preparation and dispatch of Orders will commence only after the payment has been successfully verified and the Order has been officially accepted. Shipments will be directed to the address specified by the Buyer during the checkout process. It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to guarantee that all provided delivery details are both complete and accurate. Products will be transported either directly by the Seller or through third-party logistics providers chosen by the Seller. While estimated delivery timeframes are provided prior to Order confirmation, actual transit times may fluctuate due to destination variables, carrier schedules, public holidays, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt by the Buyer or a designated third party (excluding the carrier). In the event that a package arrives with visible external damage, the Buyer is advised to refuse acceptance if feasible. Alternatively, the Buyer must promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and any pertinent delivery documentation. Should a delivery fail due to inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, an unjustified refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect the shipment within the carrier’s designated timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to bill the Buyer for any resulting extra delivery, storage, or return expenses, to the extent allowed by relevant laws.

Depending on the information displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase, all listed prices will either include or exclude applicable taxes. Where legally mandated, any Value Added Tax (VAT), sales taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other relevant levies will be calculated and clearly shown to the Buyer before the Order is finalized. For shipments delivered within the European Union, VAT will be applied in strict compliance with applicable EU directives and national tax regulations. For deliveries destined outside the EU, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delivery delays or additional expenses arising from customs inspections, tax audits, or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.

The Seller is committed to processing Buyer information exclusively for purposes essential to fulfilling the sales contract. This includes managing Orders, facilitating deliveries, providing customer support, handling returns and refunds, and complying with legal obligations. Personal data will only be shared with authorized service providers necessary for Order fulfillment—such as payment processors, shipping carriers, customer service platforms, and marketplace operators—and such sharing will strictly adhere to applicable data protection regulations. To safeguard Buyer information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure, the Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures. All Buyer data is treated as strictly confidential and will never be sold to third parties. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, Buyers retain the right to exercise control over their personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to data processing where legally permissible.
