Shipment fees will be computed and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. The applicable delivery charge is determined by the delivery address, along with the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered Products, as well as the shipping method available for the relevant Order. Where free delivery applies to a Product or an Order, this benefit will be clearly stated before checkout. Any supplementary charges, such as fees for special delivery services or shipments to remote locations, will be disclosed to the Buyer before final order confirmation.

Orders will be processed for packing and dispatch once payment is verified and the Order is accepted. Goods will be delivered to the address submitted by the Buyer at the time of order placement. The Buyer shall ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate. Products are delivered either by the Seller or third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown before order confirmation and are subject to variation based on destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer, or any third party nominated by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). If the parcel shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall reject acceptance where feasible, or notify the carrier and the Seller of such damage promptly, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified timeframe, the Seller reserves the right to recover any extra delivery, storage or return charges from the Buyer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All prices displayed will either include or exclude applicable taxes, in accordance with the information shown on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs levies or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed (where required) before the Buyer confirms the Order. For shipments within the European Union, VAT will be levied in compliance with relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be liable for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or extra expenses arising from customs procedures, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller commits to processing the Buyer’s information solely for purposes necessary to administer orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, fulfil statutory obligations, and execute the sales contract. Personal data may only be shared with service providers participating in order fulfilment, including payment processors, delivery carriers, customer service vendors and marketplace operators, where necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect the Buyer’s information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification or disclosure. The Buyer’s information will be treated confidentially and will not be sold to any third parties. Buyers may exercise their statutory rights in respect of their personal data under applicable data protection laws, including (where available) rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and objection.
