Shipping charges will be computed and shown to purchasers prior to order submission. Final delivery expenses are determined by multiple factors: the shipping destination, along with the category, dimensions, weight and quantity of purchased items, plus the shipping options available for that order. If an item or order qualifies for complimentary shipping, this benefit will be prominently displayed before payment. Extra surcharges — such as fees for premium shipping services or shipments to remote locations — shall be visible to buyers before they complete and confirm their orders.

Merchants will process and dispatch orders only once payment verification and order approval are complete. Goods will be delivered to the shipping address submitted by buyers during checkout, and buyers bear full liability for the completeness and correctness of all delivery details they provide. Items will be delivered either by the Merchant itself or external logistics partners appointed by the Merchant. Estimated delivery lead times are shown prior to order confirmation; actual transit times may fluctuate based on destination location, courier capacity, public holidays, customs clearance formalities (if relevant), and unforeseen events beyond the Merchant’s reasonable control. Title to the risk of loss or deterioration of goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the goods by the Buyer or any third-party representative authorised by the Buyer (excluding the courier service). Should packaging show obvious damage at handover, the Buyer is advised to reject the shipment if feasible, or immediately notify both the courier and the Merchant with supporting photographs and delivery paperwork. Where delivery fails as a result of inaccurate buyer-provided details, the recipient’s absence, unreasonable refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect goods within the courier’s designated holding window, the Merchant reserves the right to levy extra fees for redelivery, warehousing and return shipment costs to the Buyer, subject to local governing legislation.

Whether listed prices include relevant taxes shall follow the specifications displayed on the Platform at checkout. Where necessary, all levies applicable to your order—such as VAT, sales tax, import tariffs and customs charges—will be calculated and visible to buyers prior to order confirmation. Shipments delivered to addresses inside the EU will incur VAT charged in compliance with prevailing EU regulations and local national tax legislation. For orders shipped to non-EU territories, buyers shall bear all customs duties, import taxes, clearance expenses and other local administrative fees imposed by the receiving country, unless the Platform clearly states otherwise. The Seller shall not be held liable for shipment hold-ups or supplementary expenses stemming from customs inspections, tax audits or import limitations enforced in the Buyer’s destination nation.

The Merchant agrees to process the Buyer’s personal information solely to fulfill activities related to order administration, shipment fulfillment, customer support, return and refund handling, statutory legal duties, and the execution of the sales agreement. Disclosure of personal data shall only occur to third-party service partners participating in order fulfillment — including payment processors, logistics couriers, customer support vendors and marketplace operators — solely when such sharing is essential and fully compliant with prevailing data protection regulations. The Merchant implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to safeguard the Buyer’s personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper exploitation, modification or unauthorized disclosure. All buyer personal details are treated confidentially and will never be resold to external third parties. Purchasers are entitled to enforce all statutory rights concerning their personal data under relevant data protection legislation. Such rights cover data access, correction, erasure, processing limitation and the right to object to data processing, as permitted by law.
