Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, the Products ordered, including their type, size, weight and quantity, as well as the available delivery method. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. If free delivery is available for certain Products or Orders, this will be clearly indicated before checkout. Any additional charges, including costs for special delivery services or delivery to remote areas, will be communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are processed and shipped after payment has been successfully received and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is complete and accurate. Products may be delivered by the Seller or by third-party logistics providers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are provided before Order confirmation and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. If the Products arrive with visible damage, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse acceptance of the delivery or notify the carrier and the Seller without undue delay, providing relevant evidence such as photographs and delivery documents. Where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect delivery information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s applicable retention period, the Seller reserves the right to charge any reasonable additional costs incurred, including redelivery, storage, or return costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prices are displayed including or excluding applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform before the Buyer confirms the Order. Any applicable VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other mandatory fees will be calculated and displayed where required before completion of the purchase process. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated. The Seller shall not be liable for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, import restrictions, or actions taken by authorities in the destination country.

The Seller processes Buyer information only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment and management of Orders, including payment processing, delivery, customer support, returns, refunds, compliance with legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Buyer personal data may be shared with trusted service providers involved in Order processing, such as payment service providers, logistics partners, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, where necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Buyers may exercise their rights regarding personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection, where applicable.
