Should the package show obvious external damage upon handover, the Purchaser is advised to reject acceptance if feasible. Otherwise, the Purchaser must promptly notify both the courier and the Vendor of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and all associated shipping paperwork.

Product prices shown on the Platform either include or exclude relevant taxes, as specified at the moment you place an order. Where necessary, all levies applicable to your order—including VAT, sales tax, import tariffs and customs charges—will be calculated and visible to you prior to order confirmation. Shipments sent to locations inside the EU are subject to VAT charged in compliance with prevailing EU directives and local national tax legislation. For orders delivered to destinations outside the European Union, the Purchaser shall bear all customs duties, import taxes, clearance expenses and other local administrative fees imposed by the receiving country, unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise. The Vendor implements adequate technical and administrative safeguards to shield buyers’ personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper exploitation, modification or unlawful disclosure. All customer personal details are treated confidentially and will never be resold to external third parties. Purchasers are entitled to exercise statutory rights over their personal data as stipulated by data protection regulations, such as rights to access, amend, erase, limit data processing and lodge objections where relevant provisions apply.
