Shipping costs applicable to an Order are calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. The delivery fee may vary depending on the delivery address, the Products ordered, including their type, dimensions, weight and quantity, as well as the selected delivery method. If free delivery is available for certain Products or Orders, this will be clearly indicated before the Buyer completes the purchase. Any additional charges, including fees for special delivery services, non-standard delivery requirements, or deliveries to remote areas, will be communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are processed and shipped after payment has been successfully confirmed and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is complete and accurate. Products may be delivered by the Seller or by third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are provided before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, selected carrier, availability of delivery services, public holidays, customs procedures (where applicable), and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. If the parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse acceptance of the delivery or notify the carrier and the Seller without undue delay, providing photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s applicable collection period, the Seller may recover any additional costs incurred, including redelivery, storage, or return costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prices are displayed on the Platform as either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, in accordance with the information provided at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other charges applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed before the Buyer confirms the purchase, where required by applicable law. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise indicated on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for delays, additional costs, or delivery issues resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, import restrictions, or other requirements imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

The Seller processes Buyer information only to the extent necessary for the management and fulfilment of Orders, including delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, compliance with legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be disclosed only to third-party service providers involved in the fulfilment of the Order, such as payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer support providers, and marketplace operators, where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Buyers may exercise their rights relating to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection.
