Shipping charges are calculated and presented to the Buyer prior to the final confirmation of the Order. The applicable delivery fee is determined by the destination address, the dimensions, weight, and quantity of the ordered items, as well as the shipping method selected for the transaction. If complimentary shipping is available for a specific item or the entire Order, this will be explicitly highlighted before the checkout process is completed. Any supplementary charges, such as those for specialized shipping services or deliveries to remote locations, will be clearly disclosed to the Buyer before the Order is officially finalized.

Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment has been successfully verified and the Order has been accepted. Shipments are routed to the address supplied by the Buyer during the Order placement. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that all provided delivery details are accurate and complete. Products are transported either directly by the Seller or via third-party logistics partners chosen by the Seller. Anticipated delivery timeframes are displayed prior to Order confirmation but may be subject to change depending on the destination, carrier schedules, public holidays, relevant customs formalities, and factors beyond the Seller's reasonable control. Liability for loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer at the moment the Buyer—or a third party nominated by the Buyer, excluding the carrier—takes physical possession of the items. Should the package exhibit visible signs of damage upon arrival, the Buyer is advised to reject the shipment if feasible, or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, providing photographic evidence and any relevant delivery documentation. In the event that delivery fails due to inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer's unavailability, an unjustified refusal to accept the shipment, or a failure to retrieve the package within the carrier's stipulated timeframe, the Seller reserves the right—where permitted by applicable law—to invoice the Buyer for any resulting additional shipping, storage, or return expenses.

All listed prices are shown either including or excluding relevant taxes, consistent with the information displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where applicable, any Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, import levies, customs duties, or other fiscal obligations related to the Order will be computed and displayed before the Buyer validates the purchase. For shipments within the European Union, VAT is applied in compliance with current EU and national tax regulations. For destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer assumes responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges mandated by the destination country, unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise. The Seller accepts no liability for delays or extra costs arising from customs procedures, tax inspections, or import restrictions within the Buyer's jurisdiction.

The Seller is committed to processing Buyer data solely for the purposes essential to administer Orders, manage delivery, handle customer support, process returns and refunds, fulfill legal obligations, and execute the sales agreement. Personal information may be disclosed only to service providers participating in Order fulfillment—such as payment processors, shipping carriers, customer support teams, and marketplace operators—where necessary and in strict adherence to applicable data protection statutes. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to secure Buyer data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as strictly confidential and is never sold to external parties. Buyers retain the right to exercise their privileges concerning their personal data under applicable data protection laws, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, where relevant.
