Delivery charges are determined based on the information available at the time of purchase and are presented to the Buyer before the Order is placed. The applicable shipping costs may vary depending on the destination address, the characteristics of the Products ordered, including their size, weight and quantity, as well as the available shipping method. If a Product or Order qualifies for free delivery, this information will be clearly displayed before the Buyer completes the purchase. Any additional charges, such as express delivery fees, special handling costs, or delivery surcharges for specific areas, will be communicated to the Buyer before the Order is finally confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully received and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery will be carried out to the address specified by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery details. The Products may be shipped directly by the Seller or through logistics partners appointed by the Seller. Delivery estimates provided before Order confirmation are indicative only and may be affected by the delivery location, carrier schedules, holidays, customs procedures, or events beyond the reasonable control of the Seller. Responsibility for loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products have been physically received by the Buyer or by a person authorised by the Buyer, excluding the carrier. In case the package shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, whenever possible, refuse acceptance or immediately notify both the carrier and the Seller, providing supporting evidence such as photographs and delivery records. Where delivery fails due to inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, an unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s specified period, the Seller may request reimbursement of additional costs, including reshipping, storage, or return expenses, where permitted by applicable regulations.

Product prices are displayed with or without applicable taxes depending on the information presented on the Platform before the Buyer completes the Order. Where required, VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import charges, and other applicable fees will be calculated and shown before the Buyer confirms the purchase. For shipments within the European Union, VAT treatment follows the relevant EU legislation and applicable national tax requirements. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, or other local fees imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays, additional expenses, or delivery interruptions resulting from customs inspections, tax verification procedures, or import regulations applicable in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer data exclusively for purposes related to order management, shipment arrangements, customer support, returns, refunds, compliance with legal requirements, and execution of the sales agreement. Buyer information may be provided to third-party service providers only when necessary for completing the Order, including payment service providers, logistics companies, customer support providers, and marketplace operators, in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect Buyer information from unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper use, modification, or disclosure. Personal information is treated as confidential and will not be sold or transferred for commercial purposes unrelated to the Order. Buyers have the right to exercise applicable data protection rights concerning their personal information, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection rights, where legally available.
