Any delivery charges applicable to an Order will be communicated to the Buyer before the purchase is finalised. Shipping costs may vary according to factors such as the destination, the dimensions and weight of the Products, the number of items purchased, and the shipping service selected or available for the relevant Order. If an item or Order qualifies for free shipping, this information will be displayed before the Buyer completes checkout. Where extra charges apply, including costs associated with special delivery arrangements or destinations that are difficult or remote to serve, those charges will also be disclosed before the Order is submitted.

The Seller begins preparing the Order once payment has been successfully verified and the Order has been accepted. Products will be sent to the delivery address entered by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer must ensure that all delivery details provided are correct, complete and up to date. Delivery may be carried out directly by the Seller or by an independent transport provider chosen by the Seller. Indicative delivery periods are communicated before completion of the Order. These estimates may be affected by the delivery destination, carrier capacity, weekends or public holidays, customs formalities where relevant, and other events that are beyond the Seller's reasonable control. Responsibility for accidental loss of or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products have been physically received by the Buyer or by another person nominated by the Buyer, provided that person is not the carrier. Where a parcel shows obvious signs of damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, whenever reasonably possible, decline acceptance or promptly inform both the carrier and the Seller. Photographs and any available transport or delivery documentation should be provided when reporting the issue. If a shipment cannot be completed because the Buyer supplied incorrect or incomplete delivery details, was unavailable to receive the parcel, refused the shipment without legitimate grounds, or failed to collect it within the period specified by the carrier, any reasonable additional shipping, storage or return expenses may be charged to the Buyer where this is permitted under applicable law.

Prices are presented with or without applicable taxes in accordance with the information displayed on the Platform at the time the Buyer places the Order. Where required, VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import charges or any other applicable fiscal amounts will be calculated or communicated before the Buyer gives final confirmation of the purchase. For shipments within the European Union, VAT will be determined in accordance with the relevant European Union rules and the applicable national tax legislation. For Products delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance costs or similar charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the Buyer unless the Platform expressly states that such costs are included. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or additional expenses resulting from customs clearance procedures, tax inspections, import controls or restrictions imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

Buyer information will be used only to the extent required for the administration and performance of Orders, including payment processing, shipment, customer support, returns, reimbursements, compliance with legal requirements and fulfilment of the sales contract. Where necessary for these purposes, personal information may be transmitted to third parties involved in fulfilling the Order, including payment service providers, logistics and delivery companies, customer support providers and marketplace operators. Any such disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards intended to prevent unauthorised access to, loss of, improper use of, alteration of or unauthorised disclosure of personal information. Buyer data is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties. Subject to applicable data protection law, Buyers may exercise the rights available to them in relation to their personal information, which may include requesting access, correction or deletion of their data, limiting certain processing activities or objecting to processing where the relevant legal conditions are satisfied.
