Shipping costs shall be calculated and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. Applicable shipping charges are determined by the delivery address, as well as the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered products, together with the shipping options available for the relevant order. Where free‑shipping applies to a specific product or the entire order, such benefit shall be clearly displayed before checkout. All supplementary fees, including charges for special shipping services or deliveries to remote locations, shall be disclosed to the Buyer before the order is finally submitted and confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched upon payment confirmation and order acceptance. Goods will be delivered to the shipping address submitted by the Buyer at checkout. The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring all delivery details are complete and correct. Products shall be delivered either by the Seller or third‑party logistics providers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown prior to order confirmation. Such estimates are subject to variation due to destination location, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss and damage to the Products shall transfer to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the goods by the Buyer itself, or any third‑party designated by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). Should the package show obvious external damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer is advised to reject acceptance where feasible, or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be fulfilled as a result of inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s unavailability, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier‑specified timeframe, the Seller may recover from the Buyer additional costs incurred for re‑delivery, storage or product returns, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

All prices displayed on the Platform shall either include or exclude applicable taxes, as specified at the time of purchase. Where required, VAT, sales taxes, import duties, customs charges and any other taxes applicable to an order shall be computed and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. For shipments within the European Union, VAT shall be levied in compliance with relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer shall be liable for all customs duties, import levies, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays or extra expenses arising from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country of destination.

The Seller shall process the Buyer’s personal data solely for purposes necessary to administer orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, satisfy statutory obligations, and perform the sales contract concluded with the Buyer. Personal data may be disclosed to third‑party service providers involved in order fulfilment — including payment service providers, logistics carriers, customer‑service contractors and marketplace operators — only to the extent required for order processing and in full compliance with applicable data‑protection legislation. The Seller shall implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect the Buyer’s personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, modification or unauthorised disclosure. The Buyer’s personal information shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be sold to any third‑party entities. Subject to applicable data‑protection rules, Buyers may exercise their statutory rights in respect of their personal data, including rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing, where such rights apply.
