Shipping charges are calculated and shown to the Buyer before the Order is finalized. The delivery cost is based on the destination address, the dimensions, weight, and quantity of the ordered items, as well as the available shipping options for that particular Order. When complimentary shipping applies to certain items or to an entire Order, this will be clearly communicated prior to completing checkout. Any extra fees—for instance, for expedited shipping or deliveries to remote locations—will be presented to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed.

Orders are prepared and dispatched only once payment has been verified and the Order has been accepted. Shipments are sent to the address the Buyer provides when placing the Order. The Buyer must ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete. Goods are shipped either directly by the Seller or through third-party logistics providers selected by the Seller. Anticipated delivery timeframes are displayed before Order confirmation but may change depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, applicable customs procedures, and events beyond the Seller's control. Responsibility for loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Buyer—or a third party appointed by the Buyer (other than the carrier)—physically takes receipt of the goods. If the package shows visible signs of damage upon arrival, the Buyer should decline the delivery if possible, or promptly inform both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, supplying photographs and any relevant delivery documentation.

All prices are presented either with or without applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where required, any Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other applicable charges related to the Order will be computed and displayed before the Buyer finalizes the purchase. For deliveries inside the European Union, VAT is charged in line with applicable EU and national tax legislation. For shipments outside the European Union, the Buyer may be liable for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless the Platform indicates otherwise. The Seller bears no responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from customs processing, tax audits, or import restrictions in the Buyer's country.

The Seller is committed to handling Buyer information exclusively for purposes necessary to manage Orders, coordinate delivery, provide customer support, process returns and refunds, comply with legal obligations, and carry out the sales agreement. Personal data may be shared only with service providers involved in Order fulfillment—such as payment processors, delivery carriers, customer support teams, and marketplace operators—when necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. The Seller employs suitable technical and organizational measures to safeguard Buyer information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure. Buyer information is maintained in confidence and is not sold to outside parties. Buyers may exercise their rights concerning their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection, where applicable.
