Shipping costs shall be computed and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. Applicable delivery charges are determined by the shipping address, as well as the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered goods, together with the shipping options available for the relevant order. Where free‑shipping applies to a product or order, such benefit shall be clearly displayed before checkout. All supplementary fees, including charges for special delivery services or shipments to remote locations, shall be disclosed to the Buyer before the order is finally confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched upon payment confirmation and order acceptance. Goods will be delivered to the shipping address submitted by the Buyer at the time of order placement. The Buyer shall ensure all delivery details are complete and accurate. Goods are shipped either by the Seller or third‑party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are displayed prior to order confirmation. Such estimates are subject to variation due to destination location, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall transfer to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer, or any third‑party recipient nominated by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). Should the package show obvious external damage upon delivery, the Buyer shall, where feasible, reject acceptance of the parcel, or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery fails as a result of inaccurate information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s unavailability, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier‑specified timeframe, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional redelivery, storage or return‑related costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All prices shown on the Platform will indicate whether applicable taxes are included or excluded at the time of purchase. Where required, VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges and any other taxes applicable to an order shall be calculated and presented to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. For shipments within the European Union, VAT shall be levied in compliance with relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer shall bear customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly specified otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or supplementary expenses arising from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country of destination.

The Seller shall process the Buyer’s personal data solely for purposes required to administer orders, arrange deliveries, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, fulfil statutory obligations, and perform the sales contract. Personal data may be disclosed to third‑party service providers only to the extent necessary for order processing. Such parties include payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer‑service vendors and marketplace operators. Any such sharing shall comply with applicable data‑protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect the Buyer’s personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification or disclosure. Buyer personal data shall be treated as confidential and shall not be sold to any third parties. Subject to applicable data‑protection laws, Buyers may exercise their statutory rights in respect of their personal data, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, where these rights apply.
