Shipment fees are calculated based on the delivery address, the characteristics of the Products ordered, including their type, size, weight and quantity, as well as the available delivery method. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. Where free delivery is available for a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated before the Buyer completes the Order. Any additional charges, including costs related to special delivery services or delivery to remote areas, will be communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been successfully confirmed and the Order has been accepted by the Seller. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is complete, accurate and up to date. Products are delivered by the Seller or by third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are indicated to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs formalities where applicable, and any circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. In the event that the parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the Buyer is advised to refuse acceptance of the delivery where possible or to notify the carrier and the Seller without undue delay, providing photographs and any relevant delivery documents as supporting evidence. Where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, refusal to accept the delivery without valid justification, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage or return costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All prices displayed on the Platform are indicated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, depending on the information provided at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales taxes, import duties, customs fees or other charges applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Buyer confirms the Order, where required by applicable regulations. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable European and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise specified on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs or expenses resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections, import restrictions or other requirements imposed by the Buyer’s country of destination.

The Seller undertakes to process Buyer’s personal data only to the extent necessary for the management and fulfilment of Orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, compliance with legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Buyer’s personal data may only be shared with third-party service providers involved in the processing and fulfilment of the Order, including payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, where such disclosure is necessary and carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of Buyer’s personal data and to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Buyer’s personal data remains confidential and is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Buyers may exercise their rights relating to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of, or object to the processing of their personal data, where applicable.
