Buyers can view calculated shipping charges prior to order confirmation. Shipping rates are determined by the shipping destination, along with the ordered goods’ category, dimensions, weight, quantity, and the shipping options available for the order. If a product or order qualifies for free shipping, this benefit will be explicitly marked before checkout. Extra surcharges—such as fees for premium shipping services or deliveries to remote locations—will also be disclosed to buyers before they finalize their orders.

Merchandise will be packed and dispatched once payment verification and order approval are completed. Deliveries will be sent to the shipping address the buyer enters when placing the order, and buyers shall guarantee all shipping details are full and error-free. Shipments are fulfilled either by the seller or third-party logistics providers appointed by the seller. Estimated delivery timelines will be shown prior to order confirmation; such timelines are subject to change based on shipping location, logistics capacity, public holidays, customs clearance formalities (if relevant), and unforeseen events beyond the seller’s control. Ownership risks including loss and product damage transfer to the buyer upon physical receipt of goods by the buyer or any third party authorized by the buyer (excluding logistics carriers). If packaging shows obvious damage upon arrival, buyers are advised to reject the package if feasible, or promptly notify both the logistics provider and the seller with photographic evidence and corresponding delivery paperwork. In cases where delivery fails as a result of inaccurate buyer-provided information, the buyer’s absence at delivery, unreasonable refusal to accept parcels, or failure to pick up shipments within the carrier’s storage window, the seller reserves the right to charge buyers supplementary fees for redelivery, warehousing and return shipping, subject to local governing laws.

All listed product prices will either include or exclude relevant taxes, as specified on the Platform at the moment you place your order. Where mandatory, VAT, sales taxes, import tariffs, customs levies and all other order-related tax charges will be computed and visible to buyers prior to order confirmation. Shipments delivered to EU territories are subject to VAT levied in compliance with prevailing EU legislation and domestic national tax regulations. For orders shipped to locations outside the European Union, buyers shall cover all customs duties, import levies, clearance charges and other local administrative fees imposed by the receiving nation, unless the Platform clearly states alternative arrangements. The Seller shall not be held liable for shipment hold-ups or extra expenses arising from destination-country customs clearance processes, tax inspections or import limitation policies.

The Seller commits to processing buyers’ personal information solely to fulfill essential tasks related to order administration, shipment arrangement, customer support, return and refund handling, statutory legal liabilities, and execution of the sales agreement. Disclosure of personal data shall only occur to third-party service partners participating in order fulfillment—including payment processors, logistics couriers, customer service vendors and marketplace administrators—provided such sharing is indispensable and complies with prevailing data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to shield buyers’ personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper use, tampering and unauthorized disclosure. All buyer personal details are treated confidentially and will never be resold to external third parties. In line with relevant data protection legislation, buyers are entitled to exercise statutory rights over their personal data, such as the right to access, correct, erase, limit data processing and lodge an objection against processing where eligible.
