Delivery fees are calculated and displayed to buyers prior to order confirmation. Applicable shipping charges depend on the delivery address, as well as the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of ordered products, together with shipping methods available for the order. If free delivery applies to a product or an order, this will be clearly indicated at checkout. All additional charges, including those for special delivery services or shipments to remote locations, shall be shown to buyers before final order confirmation.

Orders will be processed and dispatched upon payment confirmation and order acceptance. Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of order placement. The Buyer shall ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate. Products are delivered either by the Seller or third‑party carriers selected by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown prior to order confirmation. Such estimates may vary due to destination location, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities and circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall transfer to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or any third party appointed by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). Should the parcel show obvious external damage on delivery, the Buyer shall, where feasible, reject acceptance of the parcel, or notify the carrier and the Seller of the damage promptly, accompanied by photos and relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed as a result of incorrect details supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s unavailability, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier‑specified time‑frame, the Seller may charge the Buyer for additional redelivery, storage or return costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All prices shown on the Platform are either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as stated at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees and other taxes applicable to an order will be calculated and displayed to the Buyer, where required, prior to order confirmation. For shipments within the European Union, VAT shall be charged in compliance with relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer shall be liable for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly indicated otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or extra expenses arising from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country of destination.

The Seller undertakes to process the Buyer’s personal information solely for purposes necessary to manage orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, legal compliance and performance of the sales contract. Personal data may only be disclosed to service providers participating in order‑related processing, including payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer‑service vendors and marketplace operators. Such disclosure shall take place only where necessary and in compliance with applicable data‑protection legislation. The Seller implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard the Buyer’s personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification or disclosure. The Buyer’s information shall be treated as confidential and shall not be sold to any third parties. Buyers may exercise their statutory rights in respect of their personal data under applicable data‑protection laws, including, where relevant, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection.
