Shipping charges are determined based on the conditions applicable to each Order and are presented to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the purchase. Delivery costs may vary depending on the destination address, the characteristics of the Products, including their type, dimensions, weight and quantity, as well as the available shipping method. If a Product or Order qualifies for free delivery, this information will be clearly displayed before the Buyer completes the purchase. Any additional charges related to specific delivery requirements, special handling or delivery to particular locations will be communicated to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed.

Orders will be processed and dispatched after successful payment verification and acceptance of the Order by the Seller. Delivery will be carried out to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details supplied are accurate and complete. Products may be delivered directly by the Seller or through external logistics partners appointed by the Seller. Delivery estimates shown before Order confirmation are indicative and may be affected by factors including destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, customs procedures, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The responsibility for loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by a third party appointed by the Buyer, excluding the carrier. If the Buyer receives a package with visible damage, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse acceptance or notify both the carrier and the Seller promptly, providing relevant evidence such as photographs and delivery records. Where delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s designated period, the Seller may request reimbursement of additional costs incurred for delivery, storage or return, where legally permitted.

Product prices are displayed with or without applicable taxes according to the information provided on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales taxes, import duties, customs charges or other mandatory fees applicable to the Order will be calculated and shown to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the purchase, where required. For shipments within the European Union, VAT treatment will follow applicable EU and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other local fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise indicated on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for additional costs, delays or delivery disruptions resulting from customs inspections, tax verification procedures or import restrictions imposed by authorities in the destination country.

The Seller processes Buyer personal information exclusively for purposes necessary to fulfil Orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, comply with legal requirements, and perform contractual obligations. Buyer information may be disclosed only to third-party service providers involved in completing the Order, including payment service providers, logistics companies, customer service providers and marketplace operators, where such disclosure is necessary and carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect Buyer information from unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Buyer data remains confidential and is not transferred or sold to unrelated third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection where applicable.
