Shipping fees are calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. The applicable delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery address, as well as the type, size, weight and quantity of the Products ordered and the delivery method available for the relevant Order. Where free delivery applies to a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated to the Buyer before checkout. Any additional delivery charges, including those relating to special delivery services or deliveries to remote areas, will be clearly communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are prepared and dispatched once payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is complete and accurate. Products may be delivered directly by the Seller or by third-party carriers selected by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are communicated to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier availability, public holidays, applicable customs procedures and any circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products. If a parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse the delivery or report the damage to both the carrier and the Seller as soon as possible, together with photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, refusal of delivery without a valid reason, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller may charge any additional delivery, storage or return costs incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

Prices are displayed on the Platform inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges or other taxes applicable to the Order will, where required, be calculated and clearly communicated to the Buyer before final confirmation of the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with the applicable European Union and national tax legislation. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the country of destination, unless otherwise expressly indicated on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays or additional costs arising from customs procedures, tax controls or import restrictions applicable in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller undertakes to process the Buyer’s personal data only for the purposes necessary for the management of Orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, compliance with legal obligations and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be disclosed only to service providers involved in the processing and fulfilment of the Order, including payment service providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers and marketplace operators, where such disclosure is necessary and carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the Buyer’s personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Personal data is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights in relation to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including, where applicable, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection.
