Shipping charges are determined based on the Order and are clearly displayed to the Buyer before the Order is submitted and confirmed. The amount of the applicable delivery fee may vary depending on factors such as the delivery destination, the nature, dimensions, weight and quantity of the Products purchased, as well as the delivery option selected or available for the Order. Where free shipping applies to a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated during the ordering process before checkout is completed. Any additional delivery charges, including fees for special delivery services, oversized items or deliveries to remote or less accessible locations, will also be communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date delivery information. Products may be delivered directly by the Seller or through third-party delivery service providers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are communicated to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. Such delivery estimates may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs clearance procedures where applicable, and other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products. If a parcel shows visible signs of damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer is advised, where reasonably possible, to refuse the parcel or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage and provide photographs or other relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, an unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Buyer may be responsible for any reasonable additional delivery, storage or return costs incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All prices are shown as inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes in accordance with the information presented on the Platform at the time the Order is placed. Where required, any applicable VAT, sales tax, import duty, customs charge or other tax relating to the Order will be calculated and communicated to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with the applicable European Union and national tax regulations. For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges or other fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country, unless the Platform expressly states that such charges are included. The Seller shall not be liable for delays, additional charges or other consequences resulting from customs clearance procedures, tax inspections, import controls or restrictions imposed by the authorities in the Buyer’s country, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The Seller processes Buyer information only to the extent necessary for the management and fulfilment of Orders, payment and delivery arrangements, customer service, returns and refunds, compliance with legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Where necessary for the processing and fulfilment of an Order, personal data may be disclosed to authorised third-party service providers, including payment service providers, delivery and logistics partners, customer service providers, marketplace operators and other parties involved in the transaction. Any such disclosure will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and only for legitimate and necessary purposes. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or unlawful disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights in relation to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including, where applicable, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing.
