Shipment charges are determined and presented to the Buyer before the Order is finalized. The delivery fee may vary depending on factors such as the delivery destination, the nature, dimensions, weight and quantity of the Products purchased, and the shipping option available for the Order. If free shipping applies to a particular Product or Order, this will be clearly stated before checkout. Any extra charges, including those related to special delivery services or shipments to remote locations, will also be disclosed to the Buyer before the Order is finally confirmed.

Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery will be made to the address supplied by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer must ensure that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. Products may be delivered directly by the Seller or through third-party delivery providers appointed by the Seller. The estimated delivery timeframe will be shown before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier availability, public holidays, applicable customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by a third party nominated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. Where a parcel shows visible signs of damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse to accept it or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller, providing photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. If delivery is unsuccessful because the Buyer has supplied incorrect or incomplete information, is unavailable to receive the parcel, refuses delivery without a valid reason, or fails to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller may require the Buyer to cover any resulting additional delivery, storage, or return charges, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All Product prices are shown as either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where required, any applicable VAT, sales taxes, import duties, customs charges, or other taxes will be calculated and presented to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. For Orders delivered within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with the relevant EU and national tax regulations. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country, unless the Platform expressly states otherwise. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays or additional expenses arising from customs procedures, tax inspections, import controls, or restrictions imposed by the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer information solely for purposes related to the handling of Orders, delivery arrangements, customer support, returns and refunds, compliance with legal requirements, and fulfillment of the sales contract. Personal data may be disclosed to third-party service providers only when necessary for processing the Order. Such providers may include payment processors, delivery companies, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, and any disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect Buyer information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure. Personal information is treated as confidential and will not be sold to third parties. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, Buyers may exercise their rights concerning their personal data, including, where applicable, the rights to access, correct, erase, restrict the processing of, or object to the processing of their personal information.
