Delivery charges are determined according to the circumstances of each Order and are presented to the Buyer before the purchase is finalized. The amount payable for shipping may vary depending on factors such as the destination, the nature and dimensions of the Products, their total weight, the quantity purchased, and the shipping option selected or available. If an item or Order qualifies for complimentary shipping, this will be stated clearly before the Buyer completes checkout. Any surcharge relating to special transport requirements, additional handling, or delivery to difficult or remote locations will likewise be communicated before the Order is finally submitted.

An Order will normally be processed for dispatch once payment has been successfully received and the Order has been approved. The Products will be sent to the delivery address entered by the Buyer during checkout, and the Buyer is responsible for making sure that all address details are correct and complete. Delivery may be carried out directly by the Seller or through an external logistics provider chosen by the Seller. Any estimated delivery period shown before checkout is indicative and may be affected by the destination, carrier schedules, public holidays, customs formalities where relevant, and other events that cannot reasonably be controlled by the Seller. Responsibility for accidental loss of or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products have been physically handed over to the Buyer, or to another person appointed by the Buyer who is not the carrier. Where a parcel arrives with visible external damage, the Buyer should, whenever possible, decline acceptance or promptly notify both the carrier and the Seller, providing photographs and any supporting delivery documentation. Where delivery fails because the Buyer supplied inaccurate information, was unavailable to receive the parcel, unjustifiably rejected the shipment, or failed to collect it within the time allowed by the carrier, any reasonable extra expenses for redelivery, storage, or return transport may be charged to the Buyer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Product prices are shown with or without applicable taxes depending on the tax presentation used by the Platform at the moment the Order is placed. Where legally required, VAT, sales taxes, import charges, customs duties, or other fiscal amounts connected with the Order will be calculated or disclosed before the Buyer completes the purchase. For Orders delivered within the European Union, VAT treatment will follow the relevant European Union and national tax legislation. For shipments sent to destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, clearance expenses, or similar charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the Buyer unless the Platform expressly indicates otherwise. The Seller cannot be held responsible for additional expenses or delivery delays resulting from customs inspections, tax verification procedures, or import limitations applied by the authorities of the destination country.

Buyer information is processed only to the extent required for activities connected with the Order, including payment administration, fulfilment, delivery, customer assistance, returns, refunds, compliance with legal obligations, and performance of the purchase contract. Where necessary for these purposes, personal information may be disclosed to third-party service providers involved in completing the transaction, including payment processors, transport companies, customer support providers, and marketplace service operators. Any such disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements. Appropriate organisational and technical safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper use, alteration, or unlawful disclosure of personal information. Buyer data is treated as confidential and is not made available to third parties for sale. Subject to the applicable data protection framework, Buyers may exercise the rights available to them in relation to their personal information, which may include requesting access, correction, erasure, limitations on processing, or objecting to certain uses of their data.
