Shipping charges shall be computed and presented to purchasers prior to order validation. Merchandise will be packed and dispatched once payment verification is complete and the order has been formally approved. Approximate delivery lead times are visible to buyers prior to order confirmation; these timelines are subject to fluctuation based on destination location, courier capacity, official public holidays, customs clearance formalities (when relevant), and unforeseen events beyond the vendor’s reasonable control. All risks of product loss or deterioration transfer to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods by the buyer themselves, or any authorized third party appointed by the buyer that is not the shipping carrier. Should the package arrive with obvious exterior damage, customers are advised to reject acceptance if feasible, or immediately notify both the courier and vendor of the issue, accompanied by photographic evidence and all relevant shipping paperwork. In cases where delivery fails to be fulfilled as a result of inaccurate address details supplied by the buyer, the buyer’s absence at drop-off, unreasonable refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to retrieve the parcel within the courier’s designated holding window, the vendor reserves the right to invoice the buyer for supplementary redelivery, warehousing or return shipping expenses, in compliance with local governing legislation.

All product prices shown on the platform either include or exclude relevant taxes, as clearly indicated at the moment the customer places their order. Where necessary, all levies applicable to the purchase – including value‑added tax, sales tax, import tariffs, customs charges and other fiscal duties – shall be computed and visible to buyers before they validate their order. Shipments destined for addresses inside the European Union are subject to VAT, levied in compliance with prevailing EU regulations and domestic national tax legislation. For deliveries sent to territories outside the EU, the customer shall be liable for all customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance surcharges and other local administrative fees imposed by the receiving country’s authorities, unless the platform specifies alternative terms. The vendor accepts no liability for transit hold‑ups or supplementary expenses stemming from customs formalities, fiscal inspections or import limitations enforced in the buyer’s country of destination.

The seller agrees to use buyers’ personal information exclusively for core business needs: managing orders, arranging deliveries, providing after-sales service, processing returns and refunds, meeting legal compliance duties, and carrying out the sales contract. This data sharing only happens when essential and fully follows local data privacy laws. The seller applies standard technical and internal management safeguards to secure buyers’ data from unauthorized viewing, loss, abuse, editing or leaking. All customer details remain strictly confidential and will never be sold to outside parties. In line with data protection rules, buyers are entitled to exercise their personal data rights, which cover checking their stored information, fixing incorrect details, requesting data deletion, limiting how we process their data, and lodging an objection against data processing where applicable.
