The shipping charge applicable to each purchase is determined before the Buyer completes the Order and is shown during the checkout process. The amount may vary according to the delivery destination, the nature and dimensions of the Products, their weight, the number of items ordered and the shipping option available for the relevant purchase. Where delivery is provided free of charge, this benefit will be clearly identified before the Order is submitted. Any supplementary delivery expenses, including charges relating to specific transport services or delivery to remote locations, will also be communicated in advance of final Order confirmation.

An Order will be processed for dispatch once the payment has been successfully validated and the Seller has accepted the purchase. Products will be delivered to the address entered by the Buyer when submitting the Order. It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify that all address and delivery details are accurate and complete. Shipments may be handled directly by the Seller or entrusted to external logistics or transport providers chosen by the Seller. The expected delivery period is indicated before the purchase is finalised. Actual delivery times may differ due to the destination, transport availability, public holidays, customs formalities where applicable or other circumstances that are reasonably beyond the Seller's control. Responsibility for accidental loss of or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer when the Buyer, or another person appointed by the Buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If a parcel arrives with visible signs of damage, the Buyer should, where reasonably possible, reject the shipment or promptly report the issue to both the delivery company and the Seller. Supporting photographs and relevant delivery documentation should be supplied whenever available. Where delivery is unsuccessful because the Buyer provided inaccurate delivery information, was unavailable to receive the shipment, declined delivery without a legitimate reason or did not collect the parcel within the time allowed by the carrier, the Buyer may be required to bear reasonable additional transport, storage or return expenses, insofar as permitted by applicable law.

Product prices are presented with or without applicable taxes according to the information displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where required, VAT, import duties, sales taxes, customs charges and other applicable fiscal amounts will be calculated or disclosed before the Buyer completes the Order. For Orders delivered within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with the relevant European Union legislation and the national tax rules applicable to the transaction. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or similar charges may be payable by the Buyer unless the Platform expressly indicates that such costs are already included. The Seller cannot be held responsible for additional expenses or delivery delays resulting from customs clearance procedures, tax inspections, import controls or restrictions imposed by the authorities of the destination country.

Personal information provided by Buyers is processed only where necessary for the administration and fulfilment of Orders, including delivery, customer assistance, returns, reimbursements, compliance with legal obligations and performance of the sales agreement. Where required to provide these services, personal data may be communicated to third parties involved in processing the transaction, including payment service providers, logistics companies, customer service providers and marketplace operators. Such disclosures will be carried out in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation. The Seller implements reasonable organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, alteration or improper disclosure. Buyer information is treated confidentially and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise the rights granted to them under applicable data protection legislation, including, where applicable, the right to request access to their personal information, correction or deletion of data, restriction of certain processing activities and objection to processing.
