If the package arrives with obvious external damage upon receipt, the buyer is advised to reject acceptance if feasible, or immediately notify both the courier and the seller of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery paperwork. Should delivery fail to be completed as a result of inaccurate buyer-provided address details, the buyer’s unavailability, unreasonable refusal to accept the package, or failure to retrieve the parcel within the courier’s holding period, the seller reserves the right to recoup extra expenses incurred for redelivery, warehousing or item return, to the fullest extent permitted by local governing laws.

Whether product prices shown include relevant taxes or not is determined by the information presented on the Platform when you place your purchase. All applicable levies such as VAT, sales tax, import tariffs and customs charges will be computed and visible to buyers prior to order confirmation, where relevant. Shipments sent to locations inside the EU will incur VAT charged in compliance with European Union and local national tax legislation. Purchasers are entitled to exercise all statutory personal data rights laid out in relevant data protection regulations, such as the right to view, correct, erase, limit the processing of, or object to the handling of their personal data, subject to legal eligibility.
