Shipment fees are calculated based on the following factors: Destination country / region Total weight and volume of the package Selected delivery method (standard or express) The exact shipment fee will be displayed to the Buyer at the time of order confirmation, before payment is made.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. In case of high volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing time may be extended to up to 5 business days.

All product prices displayed on the Platform are final and include all applicable taxes (VAT). The Seller is VAT-registered in Bulgaria (VAT registration date: 23 December 2025). A VAT invoice will be issued for every order. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees, which are borne solely by the Buyer.

The Seller uses secure payment gateways to protect the Buyer's payment information. Personal data provided by the Buyer is collected and processed solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service purposes. The Seller does not store any credit card or payment details on its servers. The Buyer's personal data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except as required for order processing (e.g., carriers, payment processors) or by law.
