In instances where delivery fails to be successfully completed — stemming from inaccurate address details supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s unavailability at drop-off, unreasonable refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to retrieve the parcel within the courier’s designated holding window — the Seller reserves the right to invoice the Buyer for all supplementary redelivery, warehousing, or return shipping expenses, to the fullest extent permitted by local governing legislation.

Whether listed product prices include or exclude prevailing taxes shall follow the specifications presented on the Platform at checkout. Where necessary, all applicable levies such as VAT, sales tax, import tariffs and customs charges associated with an order will be computed and shown to purchasers prior to order confirmation.
