Shipment fees are calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. The applicable delivery cost depends on the delivery address, the type, size, weight and quantity of the Products ordered, as well as the delivery method available for the Order. Where free delivery is offered for a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated before checkout. Any additional costs, including special delivery services or delivery to remote areas, will be shown to the Buyer before final confirmation of the Order.

Orders shall be processed and dispatched upon payment confirmation and acceptance of the Order. Goods will be delivered to the address submitted by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer shall be liable for ensuring all delivery details are complete and correct. Products shall be delivered either by the Seller or third‑party logistics carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery lead times are shown prior to Order confirmation. Such timelines are subject to variation according to destination location, carrier capacity, public holidays, applicable customs formalities, and events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss of or damage to the Products shall transfer to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer, or any third‑party representative nominated by the Buyer (excluding the carrier). Where a package shows obvious external damage at the point of delivery, the Buyer shall, where feasible, reject acceptance of the parcel, or notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage without delay, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery documentation. Should delivery fail to be completed as a result of inaccurate details supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s unavailability, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier‑specified timeframe, the Seller may invoice the Buyer for any extra delivery, storage or return‑related costs, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.

All prices shall be shown either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, in line with the information presented on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where required, any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs charges and other taxes applicable to the Order shall be calculated and displayed prior to the Buyer’s order confirmation. For shipments within the European Union, VAT shall be levied pursuant to relevant EU and domestic tax regulations. For deliveries to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer may be held liable for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and any other fees imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly specified otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or extra expenses arising from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller undertakes to process Buyer information only for the purposes necessary to manage Orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be shared only with service providers involved in the processing of the Order, such as payment providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is kept confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection, where applicable.
