Delivery charges are calculated and presented to the Buyer before the Order is completed. The applicable shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location, the nature, dimensions, weight and quantity of the Products purchased, as well as the available delivery options selected for the Order. If free delivery is available for a specific Product or Order, this will be clearly stated before the Buyer proceeds with the checkout. Any additional charges, including costs for special delivery arrangements or deliveries to remote locations, will be disclosed to the Buyer before the Order is finally confirmed.

Orders are processed, prepared and dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are complete, correct and up to date. Products may be delivered by the Seller directly or through third-party carriers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are provided before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the delivery destination, carrier capacity, public holidays, customs requirements where applicable, and any events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the Products are physically received by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. If the parcel shows visible signs of damage at the time of delivery, the Buyer should, where possible, refuse acceptance or notify the carrier and the Seller without undue delay, providing photographs and any relevant delivery documentation. Where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the period specified by the carrier, the Seller may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, charge the Buyer for any additional costs incurred, including redelivery, storage or return expenses.

Prices are shown including or excluding applicable taxes, depending on the information provided on the Platform at the time the purchase is made. Any VAT, sales taxes, import duties, customs charges, or other applicable fees related to the Order will be calculated and displayed before the Buyer confirms the purchase, where required by applicable regulations. For shipments within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with the applicable EU legislation and national tax regulations. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance costs, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise indicated on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional charges, or costs arising from customs clearance procedures, tax inspections, import controls, or restrictions imposed by the Buyer’s country of destination.

The Seller processes Buyer information solely for purposes related to the fulfilment and management of Orders, including order processing, delivery, customer support, returns, refunds, compliance with legal requirements, and the execution of the sales contract. Buyer personal data may be disclosed only to third-party service providers involved in fulfilling the Order, such as payment service providers, delivery companies, customer support providers, and marketplace operators, where such disclosure is necessary and carried out in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, accidental loss, misuse, modification, or disclosure. Buyer data is treated as confidential and will not be sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Buyers may exercise their rights in relation to their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or object to the processing of their personal information.
