Shipping fees are calculated and shown to Buyers before an order is confirmed. Final delivery costs vary based on the shipping address, product type, size, weight, ordered quantity, and available delivery methods for the order. If free delivery is available for a product or order, it will be clearly marked at checkout. Extra fees — including those for special delivery options or shipments to remote areas — will be displayed to the Buyer prior to final‑order confirmation.

Orders will be prepared and shipped once payment is confirmed and the order is accepted. Deliveries will be sent to the address the Buyer enters when submitting the order. It is the Buyer’s obligation to ensure all delivery details are full and correct. Products are shipped by the Seller or third‑party carriers chosen by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are visible before you confirm your order. These timelines may change depending on destination, carrier service availability, public holidays, customs clearance (if applicable), and circumstances outside the Seller’s control. Risk for loss or damage of the Products transfers to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a Buyer‑appointed third party (not the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. If the package arrives with visible damage, the Buyer should reject delivery if possible, or promptly report the damage to both carrier and Seller, together with photos and relevant delivery paperwork. Should delivery fail because of wrong buyer‑provided details, the recipient being unavailable, unreasonable refusal to take delivery, or failure to pick up the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, the Seller may charge the Buyer for additional delivery, storage and return costs insofar as allowed by local law.

Prices displayed on the Platform may include or exclude applicable taxes, in line with the information provided at the time you make your purchase. Where necessary, VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees and other order‑related taxes will be calculated and shown before the Buyer confirms the order. Deliveries to EU territories are subject to VAT pursuant to relevant EU and national tax provisions. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the Buyer may incur customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other charges set by the destination country, unless the Platform states differently. The Seller accepts no responsibility for delays or extra costs resulting from customs processing, tax audits or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller will process the Buyer’s information exclusively to manage orders, organise delivery, deliver customer service, process returns and refunds, meet legal requirements and fulfil the sales contract. Personal data may be shared with third‑party service providers engaged in order fulfilment, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, customer‑service suppliers and marketplace operators, only when necessary and in compliance with prevailing data‑protection rules. The Seller applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard the Buyer’s data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or leakage. Buyer personal data remains confidential and will never be sold to third parties. Buyers can exercise their personal‑data rights under applicable data‑protection law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and the right to object, as applicable.
