Shipping fees may vary depending on the product, parcel size, weight and delivery destination. The applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed before the customer confirms the order. Additional charges may apply to certain remote or restricted delivery areas.

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Standard delivery is generally completed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available. Deliveries are made on business days. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or exceptional circumstances. We currently do not offer express delivery and do not deliver to certain islands or restricted areas.
