Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, the characteristics of the Products ordered (including type, size, weight and quantity), and the delivery method available for the Order. The applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. Where free delivery applies to a Product or an Order, this information will be clearly indicated before the Buyer completes the purchase. Any additional charges, including costs related to special delivery services or deliveries to remote areas, will be communicated to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are prepared and shipped once payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is complete and accurate. Products are delivered by the Seller or by a carrier appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are provided before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures (where applicable), and circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. The risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products by the Buyer or by a third party designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier. In case of visible damage to the parcel upon delivery, the Buyer should refuse delivery where possible or notify the carrier and the Seller promptly, providing supporting evidence such as photos and delivery documents. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s required period, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage or return costs, where permitted by applicable law

Prices are displayed including or excluding applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import fees or other applicable charges will be calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed, where required. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax regulations. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise indicated on the Platform. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, tax inspections or import restrictions applicable in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer’s personal data only for purposes necessary to manage Orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers involved in order processing, including payment providers, carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, only where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer’s personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer’s information remains confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection, where applicable.
