Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment verification is complete and the order is approved. Goods will be delivered to the shipping address submitted by the Buyer at checkout. It is the Buyer’s obligation to guarantee all shipping details are full and error-free. Shipment of items will be carried out either by the Seller itself or independent logistics providers appointed by the Seller. Estimated delivery timelines are visible prior to order confirmation. These timelines are subject to change based on delivery location, courier capacity, national holidays, customs clearance formalities (if relevant), and unforeseen events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Title to the risk of loss or deterioration of goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the goods by the Buyer or any representative nominated by the Buyer excluding the logistics carrier. Should the package show obvious external damage at the point of delivery, the Buyer is advised to reject acceptance if feasible, or immediately notify both the logistics carrier and the Seller of the damage, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery paperwork. In cases where delivery fails due to inaccurate address details supplied by the Buyer, the Buyer’s unavailability at the delivery address, unreasonable refusal to accept the package, or failure to retrieve goods within the courier’s collection window, the Seller reserves the right to levy supplementary fees covering redelivery, warehousing and return shipping charges, to the extent permitted by local applicable laws.

All listed prices will either include or exclude relevant taxes, in line with the specifications shown on the Platform when the Buyer places an order. Where necessary, VAT, sales taxes, import tariffs, customs levies and any other tax charges applicable to the purchase will be calculated and presented to the Buyer before order confirmation. Shipments delivered to locations inside the European Union are subject to VAT levied under prevailing EU and domestic tax legislation. For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU, the Buyer shall bear all customs duties, import levies, clearance expenses and other administrative charges imposed by the receiving country, unless separate provisions are indicated on the Platform. The Seller accepts no liability for delivery hold-ups or extra expenses arising from customs inspections, tax audits or import restrictions enforced in the Buyer’s country of receipt.

The Seller agrees to process the Buyer’s personal information solely to fulfill tasks linked to order administration, shipment arrangement, customer support, return and refund handling, statutory compliance, and execution of the sales agreement. Sharing of personal data shall only take place when absolutely necessary, limited to third-party service partners participating in order fulfillment—including payment processors, logistics couriers, customer service agencies and platform operators—and must comply with prevailing data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to secure the Buyer’s data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper use, modification or unauthorized disclosure. All buyer personal information is treated confidentially and will never be resold to external third parties. Buyers are entitled to exercise all statutory personal data rights granted by relevant data protection legislation, such as the right to view, correct, erase, limit data processing and lodge an objection against processing, subject to legal prerequisites.
