All risks of product loss or damage shall shift to the Buyer the moment the Buyer, or any representative appointed by the Buyer excluding the logistics provider, takes physical possession of the goods. If the package has obvious exterior damage upon handover, the Buyer may reject acceptance if feasible. Otherwise, the Buyer must notify both the courier and the Seller of the damage promptly, along with photographic evidence and relevant shipping paperwork. In the event that shipment fails to be completed as a result of erroneous shipping information submitted by the Buyer, the Buyer’s absence at the delivery location, unreasonable rejection of the package, or failure to pick up the parcel within the courier’s specified holding period, the Seller is entitled to bill the Buyer for extra redelivery, warehousing and return shipping expenses, to the extent allowed by relevant laws.

Whether the prices displayed on the Platform include relevant taxes shall be subject to the information presented when the Buyer completes the purchase. Where necessary, VAT, sales taxes, import tariffs, customs charges and all other taxes applicable to the order will be calculated and shown to the Buyer prior to order confirmation. Deliveries to locations within the European Union will be charged VAT in compliance with EU-wide and local national tax regulations. For shipments sent to destinations outside the EU, all customs duties, import levies, clearance expenses and other fees imposed by the receiving country shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the Platform specifies otherwise. The Seller shall not be held liable for delivery delays or extra expenditures resulting from customs formalities, tax inspections or import restrictions implemented in the Buyer’s country of destination.

The Seller commits to handling the Buyer’s information solely to carry out order administration, delivery arrangements, after-sales support, return and refund handling, legal compliance obligations, and the fulfilment of the sales contract. Personal data shall only be disclosed to third-party service partners participating in order fulfilment – including payment service suppliers, logistics couriers, customer support agents and platform operators – when strictly necessary and fully compliant with prevailing data protection legislation. The Seller implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to secure the Buyer’s personal information from unauthorized access, accidental loss, improper use, tampering or unauthorized disclosure. All buyer data is treated confidentially and will never be transferred for sale to any external third parties. Buyers are entitled to exercise all statutory rights related to their personal data under relevant data protection regulations, such as the right to access, amend, erase, limit data processing and object to processing activities, subject to applicable legal provisions.
