All applicable shipment fees will be automatically calculated and clearly presented to the Buyer for review prior to the final confirmation of the Order. The precise delivery cost is determined by a combination of factors, including the designated delivery address, the physical characteristics of the Products (such as type, dimensions, weight, and quantity), and the specific delivery method selected for the Order. In the event that free delivery is available for a specific Product or the entire Order, this promotion will be explicitly highlighted on the checkout page before payment is processed. Furthermore, any supplementary charges—such as those for expedited shipping, special handling services, or deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas—will be fully itemized and disclosed to the Buyer for acknowledgment before the Order is officially confirmed.

Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation and order acceptance. Delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout; the Buyer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Shipments are handled by the Seller or a designated third-party carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided before confirmation but remain approximate, subject to destination, carrier availability, holidays, customs, and unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt of the Products. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the Buyer should refuse delivery or promptly notify the Seller and carrier with photographic evidence and relevant documents. Should delivery fail due to incorrect Buyer-provided information, absence, unjustified refusal, or failure to collect within the carrier’s timeframe, the Buyer may be liable for additional delivery, storage, or return costs as permitted by law.

All prices on the Platform will clearly indicate whether applicable taxes are included or excluded at the time of purchase. Before the Buyer confirms the Order, any relevant VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed as required. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT will be applied in accordance with current EU and national tax regulations. For orders shipped outside the EU, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delivery delays or additional costs arising from customs procedures, tax inspections, or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller commits to processing Buyer personal data strictly for essential purposes, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, customer support, returns and refunds, compliance with legal obligations, and the execution of the sales contract. Personal information will be shared solely with authorized service providers necessary for order processing—such as payment processors, logistics carriers, customer service platforms, and marketplace operators—and only in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to safeguard Buyer data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. All Buyer information is treated as confidential and will never be sold to third parties. Buyers retain the right to exercise their data protection rights under applicable laws, including the rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, and object to the processing of their personal data, where legally permitted.
