Shipment fees are calculated based on the Order details and are clearly displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. The applicable delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery address, the type, dimensions, weight and quantity of the Products ordered, as well as the delivery method available for the relevant Order. Where free delivery applies to a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated prior to checkout. Any additional charges, including fees for special delivery services or delivery to remote or less accessible areas, will also be disclosed to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are processed and dispatched once payment is confirmed and the Order is accepted. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer, who is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are complete and accurate. Products are delivered by the Seller or an appointed third-party carrier. Estimated delivery times are shown before Order confirmation and may vary due to the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a designated third party other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products. Any visible damage should, where possible, be reported immediately to the carrier and the Seller, together with supporting photos and relevant delivery documents. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, the Buyer’s absence, unjustified refusal, or failure to collect the parcel on time, the Seller may charge any resulting delivery, storage or return costs, where permitted by applicable law.

Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, customs duties, import charges or other applicable taxes will be calculated and shown before the Buyer confirms the Order, where required. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national rules. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the Platform. The Seller is not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from customs procedures, tax controls or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller processes Buyer information only as necessary to manage Orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be shared only with relevant service providers, including payment providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, where necessary and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is treated as confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights under applicable data protection laws, including the rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of, or object to the processing of their personal data, where applicable.
