Shipment fees are calculated based on the delivery destination, the total weight and volume of the order, and the chosen delivery method. All shipment fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the Buyer confirms the order. Fee Schedule: For deliveries within Romania, standard courier shipment costs 15.00 RON for urban areas and 20.00 RON for rural areas. Express courier shipment costs 25.00 RON for urban areas and 30.00 RON for rural areas. For deliveries to other European Union countries and outside the EU, shipment fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain value, and the applicable threshold is clearly indicated on the Platform. Shipment fees are paid together with the order total at the time of payment, and no order is dispatched before full payment is received.

Delivery Area: The Seller delivers to all addresses in Romania, to countries within the European Union, and to other international destinations as agreed on a case-by-case basis. The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery Times: For standard courier delivery within urban Romania, the estimated time is 2–4 business days. For rural Romania, it is 3–5 business days. Express delivery within Romania takes 1–2 business days. For EU countries, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days and express delivery takes 3–5 business days. For deliveries outside the EU, the estimated time is 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance. These are estimated times only, and the Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Dispatch Notification: Once the order is dispatched, the Buyer receives a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier details. Inspection upon Delivery: The Buyer must inspect the package upon receipt and note any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt. Any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the package will be returned to the Seller. Additional shipment fees may apply for redelivery. If the Buyer cancels the order after dispatch, the original shipment fees are not refunded. Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, the Buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. The Seller has no control over these charges. Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, the Seller will offer the Buyer either a full refund including shipment fees or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

All prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in Romanian Lei (RON) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable legal rate in Romania, which is currently 19%. The VAT rate applied is the rate in force on the date the order is placed, and the Seller reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of a change in the VAT rate. Upon order confirmation, the Buyer receives a tax invoice that includes the Seller's identification details, the Buyer's details, the order number and date, product descriptions, quantities and unit prices, the VAT rate and VAT amount, and the total amount payable. Invoices are issued in accordance with Romanian tax legislation and are sent electronically to the Buyer's provided email address. Certain products or transactions may be exempt from VAT or subject to reduced VAT rates under Romanian or EU law, and exemptions apply only where required by law and where the Buyer provides valid supporting documentation. For deliveries outside Romania, the displayed prices are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes of the destination country. The Buyer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country and for complying with all local import regulations. The Seller does not collect or remit taxes on behalf of the Buyer for international orders. If the Buyer is required by applicable law to withhold any tax from the payment to the Seller, the Buyer must notify the Seller in advance, provide official documentation of such withholding obligation, and ensure that the net amount received by the Seller equals the full invoiced amount. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices and tax treatment in the event of changes to applicable tax laws, regulations, or rates. Any such adjustments will be communicated to the Buyer prior to order confirmation.

All payments made through the Platform are processed using secure payment gateways that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). All payment data, including credit and debit card numbers, are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption protocols. The Seller does not store any Buyer payment card details on its servers. Payment information is processed directly by authorized third-party payment processors and is not accessible to the Seller's internal systems.
