Dispatch Time Orders will be picked and dispatched from our local warehouse within 48 working hours after payment confirmation. No shipment on weekends and public holidays. Delivery Timeframe Metropolitan France / Germany / Italy / Spain mainland: Delivery within 2~5 working days after dispatch. We do NOT deliver to islands including Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Balearic Islands and other remote island areas. Shipping Fee Rule Standard delivery fee is calculated based on product weight and dimension. Free shipping will be automatically applied when order amount reaches the threshold we set in the background. Delivery Note Furniture items require signature upon receipt. Please check the package appearance before signing for the parcel. If outer package is severely damaged, you may refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. Service Scope We only provide curbside / doorstep delivery to the ground floor. Door-to-door upstairs delivery service is not included by default.

Return Policy
14-day free right of withdrawal
Customers have the statutory 14 calendar days to return the item without giving any reason, counting from the day you receive the furniture goods.
Condition of returned goods
Products must be returned intact, with original packaging, accessories, assembly parts and manuals complete, without man-made damage, stains or scratches. Damaged goods caused by personal use cannot be accepted for return.
Damaged/defective items on arrival
If the product arrives damaged, deformed or with factory defects, please provide clear photos within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will arrange re-delivery, partial refund or full refund at our cost.
Refund processing
We will inspect the returned goods within 3 working days after receiving the package, and complete the refund to the original payment account within 5-7 working days after inspection approval.
Exceptions
Customized furniture and assembled products that cannot be resold are not supported for unconditional return.
