We shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control—including, in particular, traffic disruptions, operational disturbances not attributable to us, strikes, lockouts, raw material shortages, or war—provided we have not assumed a guarantee regarding the successful completion of performance. In such cases, if we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the delivery period shall be extended by a reasonable duration. Should an impediment to delivery persist beyond this reasonably extended period, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract.

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. They apply to business enterprises, legal entities under public law, special funds under public law, and private law entities. We do not recognize any deviating general terms and conditions of our customers. An exception applies only if we have expressly agreed to deviating terms and conditions in writing. Our General Terms and Conditions also apply if we carry out delivery without reservation while being aware of the customer's deviating general terms and conditions.

Personal data is collected when you contact us (e.g., via email). You can see which data is collected from the contact form. This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or for establishing contact and the associated technical administration. The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact aims to conclude a contract, an additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed; this occurs when the circumstances indicate that the matter in question has been conclusively resolved and provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
