Shipment fees are calculated according to the product weight. Standard delivery fees will be clearly displayed to customers before order confirmation. Free delivery may be offered for selected products or promotional periods where applicable. Any additional costs, such as remote area surcharges or special handling fees, will be indicated before the customer completes the purchase.
Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation and subject to product availability. The usual order processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, carrier service, public holidays and exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Upon delivery, customers are advised to check the condition of the parcel and product. In the event of delay, damage, loss or any delivery issue, customers may contact us through the ManoMano messaging system so that appropriate assistance can be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules and ManoMano policies.
