Remote area surcharge applies to remote regions (including some overseas islands/remote states/provinces), subject to the real-time quotation of the logistics provider.

Any additional shipping cost caused by the buyer (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery, return) shall be fully borne by the buyer.

Standard processing time: Order will be picked up within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding public holidays and special promotion periods).

Estimated delivery time: 7-15 working days for major EU countries, 15-30 working days for other regions (excluding customs clearance and local delivery, subject to customs policy, weather and other force majeure factors).
