Shipping & Delivery Terms We ship to Belgium and selected European countries. Orders are dispatched within a variable timeframe depending on product availability and order volume. In all cases, delivery is completed within 1–8 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, or exceptional circumstances. Bitco BE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. Non-Delivery, Lost or Damaged Shipments If you have not received your order, or if your shipment arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us as soon as possible and provide all required information, including your order number, a description of the issue, photographic evidence of any damage, and any other documentation we may request. Upon receipt of your claim, an inspection process will be initiated with the relevant carrier or supplier. You are required to wait until the inspection process is fully completed before any resolution, replacement, or refund can be offered. All prices displayed in our ManoMano shop are inclusive of applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations. Bitco BE is a VAT-registered company in Belgium (VAT No: BE0737.698.658). VAT is applied based on the destination country of the order in compliance with EU rules. Customers are not subject to any additional or hidden tax charges beyond the displayed price. VAT invoices are issued for every order and are available upon request.

Si vous changez d’avis, les retours sont gratuits!
Vous avez 30 jours pour retourner vos produits. Vous serez remboursé au plus tard 14 jours après la réception par le marchand de votre décision de vous rétracter. Veuillez noter que le marchand peut suspendre votre remboursement jusqu'à réception des produits ou de la preuve de renvoi des produits retournés, la date la plus proche étant retenue. Si vous disposez toujours de l'emballage d'origine, merci de l'utiliser pour renvoyer votre produit.

Étiquette de retour
Tous les retours doivent être effectués à l'aide de l'étiquette de retour fournie par Bitco BE. Bitco BE n'assume aucune responsabilité pour les retours expédiés à l'aide d'une étiquette ou d'un transporteur arrangé par le client ou toute entité non-Bitco. Si un colis de retour n'arrive pas dans notre entrepôt pour quelque raison que ce soit, aucun remboursement ne sera émis.
État des articles retournés
Les articles retournés doivent être dans leur état d'origine — non portés, non lavés, non utilisés et avec toutes les étiquettes et emballages d'origine intacts. Bitco BE se réserve le droit de refuser un remboursement pour tout article retourné dans un état endommagé, utilisé, lavé ou modifié. Les articles ne répondant pas à ces exigences seront renvoyés au client à ses frais ou éliminés à la discrétion de Bitco BE.
