Dekori is a furniture brand driven by passion, experience, and an almost obsessive focus on tables. For many years, tables have been at the heart of what we do — you could say we are true experts, constantly refining details, testing solutions, and developing new designs. We continuously create new table concepts together with our manufacturing partner, carefully transforming ideas into finished products. Over time, we have perfected our dining tables to be functional, reliable, durable, and fully prepared for safe and efficient shipping. Several of our table models are permanently available in our warehouse and ready for immediate dispatch, allowing us to ship orders within 2–3 working days. To complement our dining tables, we have designed coffee tables that perfectly match their style and proportions. This allows our customers to create cohesive and elegant furniture sets for their interiors. In addition to tables, we have expanded our range to include corner sofas, sofas, and beds. Our goal was to make these products accessible at very competitive prices, while still maintaining a high standard of materials and components, ensuring long-lasting comfort and durability. At Dekori, customer service is our highest priority. We believe that satisfied customers are the true measure of success, and the trust of our growing customer base motivates us to continuously improve our products and services.

Frais de livraison

Shipping is free for all orders delivered within mainland France. All products are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Delivery is handled by professional courier services such as GLS or DHL. There are no additional shipping costs for customers unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Modalités d'expédition

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time usually ranges from 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination within France. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped. Large furniture items are delivered by courier service to the customer's address. Delivery is made to the building entrance unless otherwise agreed. If the package arrives damaged, the customer should report it immediately to the courier and contact the seller through the ManoMano messaging system.

All prices displayed on ManoMano include VAT where applicable in accordance with European Union regulations. The seller is registered for VAT in the European Union and complies with all applicable tax obligations related to distance selling within the EU. Invoices are issued electronically after order confirmation and are available upon request. For cross-border sales within the European Union, VAT is applied according to the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme when applicable.

Sécurité et confidentialité

All payments made on the ManoMano platform are processed securely through the platform’s payment provider (MangoPay). The seller does not have access to customers’ payment details. Customer personal data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal information is used solely for order processing, delivery and customer service purposes. Customer data will never be shared with third parties except when necessary to complete the delivery of the order (e.g. courier services). All data transmissions are secured and handled according to applicable data protection laws.

Retours et remboursements

Si vous changez d’avis, les retours sont gratuits!
Vous avez 14 jours pour retourner vos produits. Vous serez remboursé au plus tard 14 jours après la réception par le marchand de votre décision de vous rétracter. Veuillez noter que le marchand peut suspendre votre remboursement jusqu'à réception des produits ou de la preuve de renvoi des produits retournés, la date la plus proche étant retenue. Si vous disposez toujours de l'emballage d'origine, merci de l'utiliser pour renvoyer votre produit.
