Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Outcomes
Depending on the situation, a return will result in one of the following outcomes:

Standard Return & Refund: If you change your mind within the legal 14-day cooling-off period, we will issue a full refund without deducting any administrative costs once the item is back in our warehouse.

Item Exchange: Following an agreement between you and our support team via ManoMano messaging, we can arrange to send you a replacement item instead of a financial refund.

Defects & Repairs: If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will initially arrange to repair the product or send a functional replacement. If a repair or identical replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued. We may ask you to return the damaged item first.

2. Return Conditions (Resale Integrity)
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in the exact condition they were delivered.

An item does not meet the return conditions if it is returned used, incomplete, or damaged, making it unsellable to third parties.

In cases where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be offered after consultation with the customer.
