Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and destination of the order. The total shipping fee is displayed during checkout before payment. For certain products or promotions, shipping may be offered free of charge (clearly indicated on the product page). Any customs duties or import taxes (for deliveries outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination, typically 2–7 business days within the EU. Once shipped, the customer receives a tracking number by email. The customer must verify the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of damage, it must be reported to the carrier and to us within 48 hours. If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, any additional costs or delays will be at their expense.

All prices displayed in our store include VAT (when applicable) in accordance with EU tax regulations. For orders shipped outside the EU (if applicable), the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes required by their country. RvdL Sales is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We take customer data protection seriously. All personal information provided during the order process is stored securely and used only for processing and delivering orders. We do not share customer data with third parties except for essential service providers (payment processors, logistics partners). RvdL Sales implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
